Everyone says you're so strong.
And maybe you are.
But strength gets lonely.
Because the strong woman is the one everyone calls.
The one who figures it out.
The one who keeps everyone calm.
The one who remembers birthdays, makes appointments, fixes problems, and somehow keeps smiling through it all.
But who checks on her?
Who notices when she's exhausted?
Who tells her it's okay to fall apart?
Strength isn't never needing help.
Strength is finally admitting that you do.
The truth is, even the strongest women need somewhere to put the weight they're carrying.
You don't have to earn rest.
You don't have to prove you're worthy by being exhausted.
And you certainly don't have to carry everything by yourself just because you've always been the one who could.
Strong women need soft places to land too.
